Registration of applications and reports submission

The conference proceedings will be published by the opening of the event. Applications for participation and abstracts of reports should be submitted by September 15, 2025, via email to: https://mmiton.kaznpu.kz/kz/registration/

1. The report should not exceed 5 pages (A4 format) and must be typed in MS Word. Formulas should be created using Microsoft Equation Editor, and images should be in *.jpg or *.gif formats.
2. Page setup: all margins - 2,5 cm. Font: Times New Roman or KZ Times New Roman (size - 12pt), single spacing. UDCshould be indicated in the upper-left corner.
3. On the next line (centered, in bold uppercase letters), write the initials and surname of the author. After one line space, write the title of the report (centered, in bold uppercase letters). After another line space, specify the country, city, and full affiliation (centered, in uppercase italics, no abbreviations).
4. The summary is presented in Kazakh, Russian, and English, formatted with a font size of 10. Keywords comprising 5-6 terms are provided. The report text is formatted with a red paragraph indentation. The list of references is presented in the order of citation at the conclusion of the article. Author(s) information includes: full name, workplace (name of the organization or university without abbreviations, as well as the abbreviated title), academic degree, academic title, work telephone number, and e-mail address. The file name for the thesis report must include the last name and initials of the participant, for example:nurgalievaFT.doc.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select reports for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

The receipt must include the full name of the participant and a note indicating the participation in the «MATHEMATICAL MODELING AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN EDUCATION AND SCIENCE (MM ITES)» conference. An electronic

copy of the receipt should be sent to e-mail: u.bazarbayeva@abaiuniversity.edu.kz Payment for travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the participants.

According to the results of the conference, the best reports will be recommended for publication in the journal «Bulletin of Abai KazNPU. Series: Physics and Mathematics sciences» (the journal is recommended by SHEQAC of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan»)
